If you made a donation for the 9am class, thank you from the bottom of my heart!!  Your support helps keep the class free and affordable for those who otherwise wouldn't be able to join a paid class.  I do feel the healing benefits of Tai Chi and Qigong should be available and used by all.  Though there are costs in running the classes, your donations cover them and together we can spread the Qi, love and light out into the world.

If you paid for the 11 Pieces of Brocade workshop, fabulous!!!  Since I haven't upgraded to a fancy software program that would automatically send you Zoom information and reminders, I will be gathering the emails and sending out the ZOOM Link information manually.  So, the Zoom info will be coming 24 hours before the workshop and the day of.  I know how emails can get buried and I want you to be able to find it easily. If you have trouble toward workshop time, you can text me 704-929-1015.  I'm also the tech fixer person. (scary)
